Vivo Asia Project Process
Our project process keeps client requirements at heart, backed by competitive and efficient work and the business integrity of a Singaporean Company. Here is a summary of our typical project delivery process:
In this initial meeting between you will discuss the project scope and specifications with the sales manager, project manager and the selected team of engineers/technicians. This meeting outlines all the expectations and contractual obligations for the project, including all your special requirements, deadlines, industry standards, documentation and information controls.
Our expert engineers and drafters will produce detailed drawings and documentation, in accordance with your requirements, technical compliance and industry regulations. We are known in the industry for our the high quality and quick work for detailed drawings. We also ensure the design is easily understood by our technicians who assemble and commission the system. Added services include coverage studies and 2D/3D clash checks.
Selecting the right equipment for the system, within the budget, that meets all system and industry requirements can be a challenge. Over the years, we have built partnerships with brands that have helped our systems function optimally, such as PELCO, SAILOR, DNH and VODEC. With client approval, a technical bid evaluation is completed and we ensure the products are delivered in time for assembly and commissioning.
This important step is done at our Head Office in Singapore, under strict quality management controls. We have also implemented the use of 3D designs, in order to expedite the assembly and fabrication phase of the project.
We carry out the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), to demonstrate that the system and related equipment is functioning well and meets contractual obligations.
Packing and delivery is included in the initial project budget, which we will follow. We deliver to all over the world from our Singapore Head Office. Commercial Invoice/Packing List/ COO and other contractually required documents are produced for each delivery.
Our experienced site engineers will install, commission/configure the system exactly as requested in the functional design specification. They also carry out Site Acceptance Tests and support radio surveyors to obtain necessary licenses and subscriptions. We also provide training on operating the system and periodic maintenance contracts.
